It is a duplex villa over two floors with a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms - thereof a big one with shower, dining are, living room, kitchen, balcony. A private heated pool with terrace, a car parking space and a Weber gas BBQ complete the holiday pleasure.
The villa is fully air conditioned and heated, which means that even on the few days when it is too warm in summer or too cold in winter, the maximum comfort factor is ensured.

The ground floor has a large shower room and three bedrooms. Upstairs there is a bathroom, the dining area, the living room, the kitchen and the balcony.

The prices for the accommodation depend on the season and the number of people who would like to use the villa. High season are in particular the weeks around Easter, Christmas and in the core time of the German summer holidays. Please use the reservation function, because then the exact price is displayed and displayed for the desired period. A reservation becomes a binding booking only after the deposit has been paid.
Children up to 3 years are free of charge. In the booking Engin please only do register adults and children 3 years and older.
Cleaning during the stay can always be requested with a Little lead time. Those will be charged with 40 EUR. Cleaning at the end will be charged with 80 EUR.
In about 100 meters from the house there is a small supermarket, where all things are available for everyday home use.
Other shops including LIDL are all within easy walking distance.
The villa is located with wonderful sea views and views of Fuerteventura above the main beach of Puerto del Carmen, about 400 meters. There is an almost endless selection of restaurants, cafés and bars. Catering is provided almost around the clock.
From the airport of Arrecife approx. 10 minutes by taxi (0034 928524220). Fare about 15 euros.
