It's a Bungalow-Villa. All four bed rooms, the two bathrooms, kitchen, Pool etc. are on the same floor. The private pool, your own, covered and closed parking and a Weber gas BBQ will round up your holiday pleasures.
The Villa is fully AC'ed with ACs in all bedrooms and the living room. This means that the villa can be chilled or heated, whatever is needed depending on the season. So your comfort is maximized.
In the whole Villa you have internet at at a speed of up to 100MBit and WLAN is free of charge of course.
The villa is completely barrier free and wheelchair ready. In case you need special assistance or special elements (like electric adjustable beds, wheelchairs, pool cranes, walking assistance etc), please don't hesitate to contacting us, most of it will be easy to organize at fair costs.
If you come with Babies or children younger than 3 years of age, please let us know with the biking directly, what special elements you need (baby bed, high chair, baby bathtub etc). We're happy to provide you with these things against a little deposit or fee.
Right at the beginning we'd like to inform you that the villa is a non smoking villa and that pets are also not allowed.

The prices for the accommodation depend on the season and the number of people who would like to use the villa. High season are in particular the weeks around Easter, Christmas and in the core time of the German summer holidays. Please use the reservation function, because then the exact price is displayed and displayed for the desired period. A reservation becomes a binding booking only after the deposit has been paid.
Children up to 3 years are free of charge. In the booking Engin please only do register adults and children 3 years and older.
Cleaning during the stay can always be requested with a Little lead time. Those will be charged with 40 EUR. Cleaning at the end will be charged with 80 EUR.
In ca. 50 meter from the villa there is a SPAR, where you can shop all necessary things for short term needs. Other possibilities for shopping are of course available in all Puerto del Carmen incl. the big LIDL which are easily reachable by feet.
The Playa Grande has a wheelchair access to the beach and the sea very close to the villa.
The villa is lochtet in a very quiet residents area, extremely close to the beach front line, ca. 50 meter. In this area there is an almost endless variety of restaurants, cafés und bars. Supply of nutrition is therefore guaranteed almost all around the clock.
From/to the airport in Arrecife it's a roughly 10 minute taxi ride (0034 928524220). Transfer will cost around 15 Euro.
